Zagora Luxury Desert Camp is a Moroccan tour operator specializing in desert experiences, luxury camp stays, camel trekking, private tours, shared tours, and tailor-made travel packages throughout Morocco.

Reservations & Bookings

All reservations must be requested through our website, email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit and sending a written confirmation to the customer.

The person making the booking accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.

Payments

To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required depending on the selected service.

We accept:

* Credit and Debit Cards
* PayPal
* Bank Transfer
* Cash payments (upon arrival when applicable)

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided in your booking confirmation.

Children Policy

Children are welcome at Zagora Luxury Desert Camp.

Special rates may apply depending on the child’s age and the selected tour or accommodation package.

Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp.

Refunds are processed as follows:

* More than 15 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit.
* 10 to 5 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
* Less than 48 days before arrival: No refund.

Banking or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Force Majeure

Zagora Luxury Desert Camp shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters
* Extreme weather conditions
* Government restrictions
* Political unrest
* Terrorism
* Pandemics
* Transportation disruptions

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives or refunds where possible.

Special Requests

If you have special dietary requirements, medical conditions, mobility concerns, or any other specific requests, please inform us before confirming your booking.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

* Trip cancellation
* Medical expenses
* Personal belongings
* Travel delays

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, Zagora Luxury Desert Camp shall not be liable for:

* Personal injury
* Loss of personal belongings
* Delays caused by third parties
* Events beyond our reasonable control

Participation in tours and activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for reservation and customer service purposes.
